I got the same email, but i replied back stating that it's 30 days... then emailed me back that it was a mistake it should be 30 days!! then got another email asking again for consent form as the 1st wasn't that clear which i resent again last week. no need to print the form to sign it as there...

For me there is no message about extension.... this is the 1st time im requesting the notes: According to our records, your request is due on September 22nd 2016.

My request has been received July 23 then today i received an email indicating that the notes will be available by September 22?? So now it takes 60 days to isdue notes.... :'(
