Usually they both are done together. The authorities at both (provincial & federal) level work together on this one.

It says "processing" now. They have changed the status following the govt. and courts order, maybe things are moving after all..

I heard back from my immigration lawyer today, they informed me that MIDI has indeed processed and issued some CSQ's following the court orders. So hang in tight.. and hope for the best for all.
