you have to proved to them that you lived together physically for at least continuously 12 months. and you must have proof like joint bank account, same billing adresses or any joint property.

i know right??i stopped working for 4 long months, not even under the table. it was really devastating.do you know your MP office in your location?they might give help too. they can call cic directly and ask about your application.

i can feel your pain :( i just got lucky to have my WP/Restoration processed in less than 4 months. my application was received on Jan 5 and approved on April 15. I applied by paper. you can try send an email to CPC-CTC-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Haven't got any news yet about your PR? I have sent some inquiries again about mine. Good thing I received my WP and restored status,,now I can go back to work while waiting for my PR. I applied by paper and after 3 months, I got my WP. Thank God

hi guys! i have applied my restoration/WP and it was received on January 5, 2016. I applied by paper and still can't link my application to my cic account. I checked the processing time by papers and it says 93 days and now they are working for Dec 29, 2015 applicants.

Hi! do you think filing GCMS for my restoration works? and im planning to submit another GCMS today and i want to include the info of my common law partner, does he need to sign the form too?
