OINP selects applicants below CRS 400 based on NOC codes only. For CRS 400+, the applicant should be lucky enough to get OINP NOI.

Its good to know that you are ready to wait for direct ITA, which u will get at your score. OINP NOI is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt. There is nothing required from your end to keep the NOI valid.
