These days, some candidates are getting PPR after IP1, and there is no such IP2 stage...In my case, my AOR is July 24th, and still waiting at IP1 stage. Anyway, by going with the statistics, we need to wait at least 3-4 months from the date of AOR to get our PPRs...

As you applied through a Consultant, I don't think you have access to your CIC Account where all the updates are coming. It's better you request for your Consultant to send you any updates via email. But, I don't know how it works since I applied myself. What you can also do is to order GCMS...

Regarding the status of the Medical Examination, this is the initial stage and it does not mean you do not need a medical exam. Once you have passed your medical examination (this will take around 20-25), the status will get changed to Medical Examination Passed.
