First of all congratulation for newborn baby..... :) As i,m also in the same situation, waiting for the medicals for our new born. i sent documents on 31 dec 2013 with the request for return of passports .

thanks nekeol and pippin for your answer is LPN means Legal Practioner Nurse as my wife was pregnant when she did her medicals medical status was passed in the gcms notes whats your view on this?? mate regards chigwell 1779

what does LPN stands in GCMS notes as it is mentioned under NOTES section says case discussed with LPN what does it mean plz seniors your advice
