Ok thanks I got an email saying my notes could take as long as 90 days due to covid.

I need help I ordered my GCMS notes how do people receive them? Email or is it in Ecas. When I sign into Ecas under my husbands name there is a a strange mans name that has appeared!! Its showing he applied for citizenship in Canada Is it possible they sent me someone else's notes how do I fix this?

I understand I was upset too that due to covid we had to pay again. Better he has it though cause I'm pretty sure they will ask for a new one.

My husbands expired in April 2020 they sent us a message August 11th!! When he went due to covid the whole process has changed. Look at my other posts I explained what he had to go thru. Before you could pay 10,000JA and get it same day. Not anymore, this was the office downtown Kingston.
