If you have Canadian diploma and exp, why cant you try for QSW. I think CEC require two years of study, so QSW should be better option. Nice to hear that you are not frustrated :) Best of Luck

I can understand, we can. But this is the truth I guess, and accept it. If you are still in India you may try to apply under QSW, or some PNP. If you are still in India, I would advice you to come to Canada using student visa and then you can find many ways to apply. Hope this helps.
