Hi~~sorry i didn't get chance to check the message until today. I just checked my credit card today and just found CIC returned my parents biometrics fees $170 on 26NOV19.....i didn't receive email from CIC regarding this refund...and myCIC not change except the timeline bar which shows how...

I submit on 21OCT19 and i called about after 10 business days they confirmed they received. but until now no show on ecas

same situation. I got updated since 21NOV19, until now nothing happen......

Just checked ecas, the processing time changed to "We started processing application on November 19, 2019." and myCIC no change for now.

Just check MyCIC, I have another ghost update today. I look into it and there is no change at this time......

Sorry, it was typo, Sponsorship In process Date: 04SEPT19 and IME was sent (10SEPT19)before DM for Sponsorship.(16SEPT19)

i sent by email and called CIC confirmed well received after 10 business day.

Mississauga. I got additions documents request on 27sept. Submit all the requested documents on 21 Oct and today saw the start background check. Not sure if it a good sign....because I don’t see much ppl mention this in the forum.

Today when I login to MYCIC the current status shows:Application/ profile updated. I went into it and saw the background check changed to “ we are processing your background check”. Anyone who has the same status? Will everyone who apply for the PGP will have the background check mandatory?

Mine was received on 6th May. Called IRCC, temporary application number provided. But no Ecas or linked application yet.
