Just a small update: My ECAS is still in Application Received status but my Boss just told me that he got a call a few days back from CIC and they asked a few questions about me and they also asked for a bunch of other things.

I think I am in the same situation as you. My offer letter also doesn't say permanent, It just says full time 40 hours per week and their is no end date on the offer letter which indirectly means it is permanent but I guess VO might not consider that Can you please tell what NOC was your LMIA...

I am not sure I got what you said here, can you please explain? Are you saying It is better to wait for the response from CIC. another small question, do you think I need both offer letter and letter of employment updated with those keywords?

That looks like a misunderstanding on the case officer side. I think just providing a cover letter with detailed explanation and screenshots from your application submission page(regarding non-phd) would suffice.

Did they ask you to mail the documents or upload a scanned copy and can you please share what document did they asked for ?

I don't think one single stamp page can have that huge impact. You should be good

Hi Jaffa Thanks for your suggestion I ordered my notes in May and I got them in June and it had an application due date of 13th June. I didn't order the GCMS notes again because I don't want to annoy CIC guys :( everyday I just keep hoping a magical email is gonna pop up and at the same time...
