When I received the RQ during the test, there was no covering letter (Only the form of CIT0171). I am not sure if the assigned officer will be the same officer who interviewed me.

i wont affect, extend neither delay your citizenship. You have to have the sufficient days of physical presence in Canada

I received CIT0171 straight up at the test, its a residency questionnaire which covers all the period of your eligibility

Is it advisable to request ATIP? if so, when shall I request it if i am submitting my RQ documents on 12th August? and how long would it take to get processed? thanks alot

It is always advisable to only send what is requested only. But prepare your file and take it with you to the exam and present it to the officer if required.

Movement records are crucial elements in any RQ, as CBSA only shows entry dates to Canada. I believe there were suspicious that you had another travel document which you never declared. if you were able to acquire movement records from UAE or Jordan your case would have lot been easier and...

you have to authorize someone in writing to get it for you. along with a copy of your passport and residency its acquired usually from the airport (immigration division)
