Hey guys, I am wondering when should I be able to access ECAS? Is it after AOR or is it after IP? I thought it was after receiving the AOR but it has been a day since and I am still not able to access it. Not that I am overly anxious about it but I am just curious. Thanks!

Haha, thank you! I used Canada post's Expressport or something like that. It was 30 dollars too! It did say 2 day delivery on the envelope but maybe there were extenuating circumstances and I can totally understand that.
