Sorry to hear what you are going through.. i think CIC goes through Excessive demand threshold. If you are determined to be over the amount which is 6000 (dont know exact figures) then you are considered as an excessive demand on healthcare. I agree with one member that you have to seek advise...

Have you check in your gcm notes? I had mine October and it says eligibility passed but on gckey it still shows reviewing of eligibility.
