The ATIP report shows all clearances, such as security, criminal etc... So basically, the file is waiting for some one some where some how to take a decision! And this is the part I dont understand. The longer the wait, the greater the chance of RQ I suppose.....

Hello All, Any idea if a yellow test invite letter from Scarborough means on the stop oath letter if file is good and officer does not get suspicious? Or is the colour irrelevant. Care to share any experiences?

Hello All, For those who applied from Mississauga and got pre test RQs and have given their test in Feb/March/April, have you got your Oath letters? What is the median/average time between test and Oath?

Finally, I got my test date also....June 3

It seems CIC is now scheduling tests much in advance, while RQ review is in progress. It might be a while Oath comes.

I applied in 2013, got RQ and my file was transferred to St Clair, where there is no consistent approach to scheduling dates. Friends before and after with RQs have got test dates. So some 2011/2012/2013 files are slow/stuck, whereas a few 2012/2013 have been processed.
