the number starting with CAN## is a temporary UCI number which is assigned once you submit your application. If they changed from CAN## TO DIGITS then it means they have started your background check or initial processing. That means its good thing

I didn’t receive any email from IRCC, I received it from WES that IRCC was not able to evaluate my report. No update from IRCC since I received my AOR. I will order GCMS after 90days
