Same thing happened to me. The agent did not give a clear answer when I asked him if eligibility has been cleared. He said is it well within timelines, and is being processed, pretty much the same update as the online portal

Try calling them, and provide the agent with the date you raised the CSE. I think you should receive a reply in a few days. Ideally they take 10 - 15 days to respond.

After 13 business days of raising the CSE, IRCC replied to me via email that they received my documents , and that it has been forwarded to the visa office handling my case

I have very similar timelines AOR 24th March MEP 3rd April IP1 4th April I hope i move to IP2 soon

I received an email response today from IRCC for the CSE i had raised to notify them about my husband's passport renewal. 12 business days since I raised the CSE. Posting in case anyone is also waiting a response to their CSE.

How long does CIC ideally take to reply to a CSE ? I raised a CSE to update my application with my spouse's renewed passport. It has been 13 days , but my profile doesn't list any update , nor have i received an email confirmation from CIC.

You can request CIC for an extension, by submitting a CSE. They are pretty considerate about travel plans, and will provide you with additional time
