Has anyone called IRCC lately or emailed Ralph? Have heard that that calling IRCC helpline for inquiries about application is no longer available ..also as the Canadian parliament has been dissolved Mr Ralph also cannot be of any help..can someone please confirm this..

If you want to call IRCC that’s the only way..redial as soon as the call disconnects..until you hear “your waiting time is approximately xxxx minutes”
