help required regarding form imm 5669..in personal history, my education and employment are overlapped due to which the form can not be validated..please any help will be apprecited

@harnav sra i am living at my current address since 1995 and thats my current address too. When i validate that form i get an error telling me that you should not leave any addresses gap. my understanding is that that i should write the date in "from" and leave "to:" blank and check the box...

please if anyone can help...i got ADR request for form IMM 5669 Schedue A. The letter says "Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signatur" Should i get a print and sign this form?
