n No, my education is totally different. There is no requirement that education should match this NOC: "...usually required.." means there can be a related degree but it's not mandatory.

I don't think this private one is extended because they asked me only if I am going to work with children and I said no, then they said that I don't need an extended version. I didn't write a request just went to the local Bürgerbüro ( as stated per instructions on cic web-site), paid fee there...

Yes, it most likely will be a reason for rejection. They don't differentiate "lived"/"resided", so even if it was a weekend trip, it'll be counted. So better get the fresh PCC. Or submit a fresh PCC via CSE if you already did submit eAPR.
