Exactly the same for me. Although the summary of application's tab shows it as Received - In Progress, the other screen shows it as app received only.

Try a different browser if u can. It worked flawlessly for me and every1 else who managed to submit apps

The aforementioned screen, on my profile, shows the information you're saying you cannot see (EE profile number and Job Seeker Validation Code). Try and contact them asking if it is indeed missing on ur app, or if it is just a glitch.

Guys, a very specific question: My father passed away last saturday, june 6th. Is it necessary to send this kind of information to SINP, to update my records? I'm not sure if there was such a field to fill in in my background declaration form. Any advice?
