Yes Buddy, I understood your question. Kindly declare the details in the Supplementary Information Form (Details of Foreign Travel) from 18yrs of age.

Kindly read instructions at Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669).

As per CIC rules it clearly states that to provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever comes first.

As par of my knowledge details of foreign travel has to be provided from age of 18yrs.

Finger prints at CHC ND is common issue to the people who had previously stayed @ Canada earlier and this is mandatory for criminality/security check. Wishing you all the best Yug.
