I sent a complaint using Webform. Haven't heard anything despite sending the complaint. I think if enough of us continue to send complaints, they may be pressed to do something before the end of this year.

A Couldn't agree more. In my case, they are looking for a divorce certificate jab ke mera divorce hua hee nahi tha. I was a widow and re-married after 5 years of being a widow! It's crazy. I sent them additional documents showing them proof I was never divorced that's why a divorce...
