Yes it is ....called IRCC today and they confirmed background check complete and passed ... Need to wait for PPR now

Got a ghost update yesterday as well...My AOR is August as well and like you everything else is passed ... Maybe it’s security check complete ...who knows

thats was pretty quick ...Submitted August 2018 and passed my medical as well...but my background check isn’t showing started yet...hopefully you’ll get the ppl soon
