yes cic do transfer files if the officer is not satisfied and also dates that cic replies varies depending on cases. So i think u shouldn't be worried and be positive, all they care about is to know that you live in the same address with your sponsor. It is clear that u can't have some documents...

mine was 4 weeks yesterday so i called cic and was told it takes 6 weeks to hear back for landing invitation from my region that if I dint hear anything before or on the 20th that i shld call back... So am suggesting u call cic don't just keep waiting.

hi... I sent in proof of joint bank which you can just do ar your bank, lease agreement with both names on it, health insurance, bank beneficiary. Just send whatever you have that has both names and address on it and you can also include drivers license if you have any.

within 30 to 90 days from deadline and in my own case they got back to me at 60 days from d day of request which is 30 days after deadline. Also cic agent told me it also depends on cases so some cases can be longer.

i already sent the certificate of the kids before the request long time ago.. i just have with me the joint account and beneficiary forms that i just got from the bank.
