Generally in 2 weeks time. I got mine within 2 weeks. I have seen, senior members saying that it also depends on your location.

Received ITA today. Got ON nomination on 9-Nov

I too received this mail some 4 hrs before getting the nomination. After the mail "profile update" mail, they sent an updated mail on top of the NLA, stating, to ignore the previous mail. I think there is some technical issue with CIC site. Don't worry, it will be fixed.
