Hi Elham jan, It depends on how strong are the other proofs of your relationship. I mean if you know your fiance for a good time, and you can prove it by photos, phone logs, etc then it might be O.K. If you consult with lawyers, they advise you not to do so. (thats what they told us last year)...

Mine also changed to "In Process" 10 months after filing (8 months after receiving approval letter). I believe those who applied after January should have shorter wait time. For some one like me changing to "In Process" was a great news, as I had no idea if my file was transferred to Ankara or...
