Hi my file shows its in Process since May 2015 and reached Edmonton sometime June 2015, but I am moving to Victoria, will this delay my processing ? Can I request my file get processed in Edmonton and I will come here for test and oath ? :(

I contacted them via the cic website and got a response in 2 weeks.

My transferred to Edmonton June 2 line had disappeared so I had requested for more information on June 15, I got an email today telling me my file is now on way to Edmonton ! I don't get it I thought it was already at Edmonton !!!

I think Edmonton is slow, though I do know a few people whose entire process took less than 12 months. Also we do have the option of requesting for ATIP (5$ and they tell you exactly what is being done to your application) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/index.asp

its happening to most people. My transferred to local office line appeared June 4 2015 disappeared June 5 2015 was back June 7 2015 and has vanished again from June 8 2015 !

Mine has disappeared too and it had appeared today !!! It was transferred to Edmonton on June 2.

You can get your PR renewed for 50$ takes about 3 months and they do offer urgent processing. Have a look at the cic website regarding pr renewals.
