They actually did ask for my Client Id# .. But I know the answers from the Call centre agents differ all the time.. Anyways Congrats on getting the approval.. I will call them again..

OWP takes longer than a month check the processing times(for Vegreville, Alberta) on the CIC website. And you dont need police clearance and medical examination. The medical is only required if you will be working in certain fields for eg. primary or secondary school teacher.

From my experience if you do not include the pre-paid envelopes they will send it by regular US mail, they do mention this on their website as well (under mailing instructions) You should send them an email or do a case specific enquiry if you still haven't received your passport back
