I am telling from my experience. Thankfully for me there was no verification required. Even then I bugged them on daily basis until I got my assessment done. Call WES and make noise. Don't cut the call until u get solid response. Many people have really struggled in this phase of verification...

To whom ever it may concern is OK. If it addressed specifically to CIC, it looks good but not compulsory as the guidelines never mention about addressing to CIC. So, pls don't waste any more time. Get the letters and finish off application.

You should write NOC number followed by NOC category name Btw, you cannot fill the entire NOC name since the field has limited characters. Since you chosen 2173, under experience sections fill 2173 all the way and mention your designations in each company.. I know designation and job...
