Either way. I prefer PPR Email first which reflects that you've been granted Visa. Alternatively, if ECAS status changed to DM, you'll be tensed until you receive PPR email. In both ways you are safe. All the best. :P :P :P

It is quite wondering that shift timings are mentioned on your reference letter. Most of the times hours will be mentioned. Harika (I know you are 'He') - I don't think it would be any problem for you as timings differ based on day light settings or any other reason which the VO doesn't even care.
