I wonder how many persons who have applied this year still waiting on AOR. To assess retroactively seems unfair. I pray it all work out for us. I am just coming from French class and I can say learning French is not a walk in the park.

Hi Ernie, my application was submitted on March 28 to the Montreal office. It was transferred the Mexico BIQ some time in April. I got my AOR on June 6 and I was charged the same day. So it seems that the card will be charged on the date of the AOR.

Cindy, I am from the Caribbean, Kingston Jamaica. I process my papers through Campbell Cohen. It costs but I am glad I did. They make every effort to have all your documents in order and they offer good customer service. Geochaddy

Thanks Stylove on the advice about the French test. Great that you have a sister in Quebec, I guess you would have gained points for adaptation. I find that in preparing for the interview (hoping to get a waiver :D) we have to be thinking about where we would want to settle. Geochaddy
