Ah finally they have started to reach 5th Jan FSW - AOR. Immi Tracker suggests the same.

Yes I believe the processing time for inland is a bit less and I think due to covid as well they are being prioritized. Immi tracker shows that Outland applicants on 29 December AOR have there medicals being passed. But Inland candidates on 8/9 Jan AOR are having there medicals passed.

Thank you. I see in the immi tracker applications on 28-29 December AOR have started to have there medicals passed. So fingers crossed, probably next week they start January aswell .

No you can not get points for brother in law. Your sister is not in his application still as well, She needs to be in Canada as well for you to receive points. As you need to submit proof of her residence in Canada to claim those points.

My documents are complete. I was able to acquire all the required documents. hopefully everything gets accepted. It is just that feeling that is making me anxious for the application to take the first step of R10.

He is not replying to your question. He just said did you find anyone and that he wants someone or some office to help him with work permit and finding a job.

Known glitch mine also is having the same issue. But i knew about this glitch beforehand that is why as soon as I submitted I took screenshots and also saved the submittal confirmation page as PDF.

It is not shorter. For me the PCC is from Birth till 8th December 2018 and for my wife it is from 17 years old till 18th December 2018. As the requirement is past 10 years or from 18 years till last date of your departure. it covers on both ends. So the 10 days extra wont be a problem right ?
