my mistake. the documents got refused while screening in nova scotia. My name is mentioned in format of firstname.initial in my secondary school leaving certificate and it has other details including DOB and fathers name. Is it good for reapplying with affidavit?

i applied for PR in may and provided the DOB letter from india counsulate - which mentions my DOB is xxxxx as per the passport records. my application got rejected with reason mentioning, they don't accept passport date as DOB letter. Also they mention i can submit my secondary school records...
