Everything needs to be on letterhead. You have to get it. Tell them a purpose and show them a documents checklist of CIC. Try to convince them. These is how i got it.

Try to get it from your immediate supervisor rather then HR. It will work. It is very tough to get it from HR. Krunal

Only 3 options you have. 1. Get it from HR - the best source to prove your employment. 2. Get it from your immediate supervisor - It will certainly work. 3. Get it from your friends- It will work however try to collect it from 3-4 friends from the same company. I hope it will help

Include 10th Certificate as well. Passing certificate is also given after 10th and 12th include that to please. On safer side, attach all of your mark sheets of engineering too. Rest of the things are fine. All the best. Krunal

Friends, I have applied last year and my file was returned due to incomplete and CIC mail me reasons with UCI number. Do i need to mention UCI number if i am applying under FSWP 2014 ? Please help

Thank you for your suggestion rawdah. I think you are right it would be better to choose new Delhi. However, if i will choose London office then what sort of additional document i have to attached with application except my work visa page. Do i need to attached anything else ?

Thank you. However, some of my employer are ready to give letter. What will be the format if my employer is ready to give me a reference letter ? I want to give them right format in beginning to avoid last minute problems.
