yes my brother did that for me if you are from punjab they need to go to a suvidha centre fill up form they will need your ids ..

hey sku which country are you from? I mean which countries pcc you are talking about...for eg if you are from india your family can also get it for you from the local office

Ushiee did you went outside canada?? They might want to see your stamped pages of your passport any recent activity on your passport..i personaly think they asked for your scanned passport pages..share the email you got from cic so that people here can give you some suggetions..also consult some...
