Good, if someone couldn't sent file up to Jan surely he has to apply online first to get invitation to apply, but my question was If I send my file and they receive it only, or receive it and charged CC, I will be pass the new system or not ?

So why they declared that the new system will be effective on Jan 2015 ?

You have to include one WES only. about the status it should be completed however since that you receive your original report don't worry about the online status they may change it latter on, Good luck

If I tick on one year for job less than that I am afraid that officer may consider it false information. I think that CIC does not recognize the experience less than one year that is why they changed the form. we Need someone who contact with immigration consultant to advice us. Thanks
