Hey Pransi ,you can get the reassessment form from the clinic itself...But if u still want I can send you.. I think you should wait now instead sending those reports again,coz everything is online and since thy have already sent the medical report.

Hey shruti and preetaman, I was going through the forum and acc to the current trend I think it's takes about minimum two months from IP to DM ESP for those who got reassessment,otherwise if we have medical validity then IP to DM is so fast.... On that note we all have to wait for sometime and...
