yes u can send them the notarized copy of transcript...there is no issue If they require ,they will ask u for the originals. In my case, still no asking for the original till yet..10 months to go WS

May be we people( RBVO status ) are actually in process but due to shifting of data to GCMS , it is not showing inprocess..but still we didnt get any 2nd AOR...donno but have to wait.. good luck to all of us ahead WS
