    They send and email if the application was rejected after the charge and specify wither they are going to refund or not.

    You can land and live anywhere except Quebec. you can only land at the air port but can't enter the territory. after living about 6 months at anywhere in Canada you can enter Quebec territory

    You have to send the info to the local office when the baby is born. so don't do anything now and wait for you new baby. Early congrat for your charge and baby.

    IF you were charged, you got an email other wise you have to wait or you can send an email to ask about the status and you got an email that it was returned.

    Yes i've noticed that. now it is 120 including weekends and holidays or about 85 working days.
