I called him 2 days back and as far I remember they were opening 8 or 9th Oct. Don't worry I am guessing your CC would be charged within the coming 2 weeks at a max.

You can hear from them about your report around 27th Feb.It would take at least 2 weeks to reach India. Regarding CC charge.It should happen on the 7th to 8th week.
