Hi shobasrin, The procedure is the same no matter from whereever you stay or send the request. Take a printout of the finger printing card from the FBI website. Go to an expert and get the finger printings done. Take multiple prints.. Make a certified cheque / money order and send it to them.

Hi shrinivas1980, You would definitely require a FBI PCC since your stay in US was more than months. From India you would require one one PCC. You can get it from PSK ( passport seva kendra ) or police commissioner.
