Hi, We are in a similar situation as yours . The cic agent told us yesterday that our application got returned on 25th Jan, due to incomplete application. Did you receive your application back ? What was the reason ?

Yes, she just said application was incomplete! Didn’t give any further details. We had tried to be as careful as possible . Our application was received on Dec 3, now so much time is wasted too . Hope there is no delay in the application reaching us.

The agent told me today that our application was returned on January 25th, and we still haven't received it!

Ideally it should be the principle applicant’s. My husband has been here on work permit and he also has a UCI. But that’s not working when I’m trying to link in gckey. Using first name/last name is also not working out . I tried searching in ECas using my credentials since I’m the sponsor, but...

There are options to link through first name, last name , UCI and last name etc. But it’s not working out for me though . Application received : dec 3

We submitted our app on Nov 30, and it was received on Dec 3. We also haven’t heard anything and I’m unable to link the application either. Let’s see, hopefully we’ll get to know soon!
