From the looks of it you might actually be able to change it using the E-cas. According to https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=coa you can use it to change your address if it's being processed in Canada (I remember you're also being processed in Ottawa)

Unfortunately I don't think we can really give you a timeline for how long the rest of it will take. I believe children's applications are processed on a different timeline than spousal or other familial applications. Perhaps you might be able to use the search bar and type in "child...

You could always email them the address and ask them to update it because you want to make sure it's correct in their system. It might take a week or so for them to update it, but they shouldn't have problem doing it.

There is nothing that says you have to be married for a year. You can apply to sponsor her right after you get married if all of your paperwork is completed. Common law however is having been living together for a year before you can apply, but there's no reason you can't get married and apply...
