Abdul kalam technical University previously known as UPTU Lucknow...it's available online after 2010 but I m 2009 pass out so only offline method to get transcripts is available..

Actually I have to visit University personally to have my transcripts..which is not possible till December bcoz of my job...so if I got my transcripts in month of January and would expect my WES in month of February end that's why.
