Status last updated: 5/6/2019. My bachelor transcripts for 2nd review that were received last week are still in review, hopefully they'll accept them soon, especially since all other documenta are accepted. Really hope to get my ECA just before next draw, will definitely get an ITA...

You can create an EE profile, but you'd have to give random scores for the language tests since you don't have the official ones yet and no official ECA number yet. If your CRS is high enough, you'll get an invitation to apply and you will not be able to change your language test scores and...
