Congrats buddy I am also 2281 Noc applicant .APP recieved on 7th august 2014 Got PPR on 18 th march and DM on 19th march , I have submiited Passports to VCF .How much time it wud take to get visa stamping

Hi seniors , Need help , I am in mumbai and have to submit Passports to VCF . Does VCF (Mumbai) accept passports on saturday and sunday also ?
