I am not really sure about that. In my own opinion, that experience would never be counted and you can't earn points because you can't provide proof of legality. However, it is useful for OIIQ. Hope this helps. Bonne journee!

Whatever work experience you have, it must be justified either thru SSS contributions with employment history and/or BIR 2316 released by the previous employer.

I read an article about qsw application and I forgot which website. It says there that if you completed your diploma 5 years ago, you must practice your profession for at least a year. If you graduated more than 5 yrs ago, any non course related job is fine. I am not sure if it is applicable...
