I am not too sure, the last time I try do so with the number on my medical form, it was impossible, I was directed to their website by the machine. Perhaps you can try and inquire more maybe from other forum members. Cheers.

It do normally take 21 working days and sometimes more. Though it can also take less, but ideally 21 working days. Please, do try and put URGENT in the title of your CSE when sending it. I hope this will help. Cheers
