Why so late for medical .. You must have tried for earlier appointment or must have gone to Islamabad for medical .. But InshaAllah you will get before 25th .. Hope for the best

Dude from my experience this top universities don't answer this type of question. I would suggest you to go to the program details page of each university and check for the their details and eligibility criteria.

I would be suggest you to make prior appointment .. Because in the Fall Semester few of my friends got medical call in the late July and there were no appointment slots available till mid of August, so they have to go to Islamabad from Karachi for medical. You should take medical appointment...
