congratulations.. one of my family members' application was received on 10-July-2015, but until now there is no update on ECase even the CIC is saying that they have started processing it !!! I don't know what's wrong.

No letters were received only the Ecase shows that their applications are in process and it doesn't say that CIC has sent any letters.
